We provide multiple benefits for our un-insured patients, including discounted visits, labs, x-rays, free removal of sutures placed by us and one free follow up visit following any surgical procedures.

Classen Urgent Care Locations: 6 AM-10 PM 365 days/year (Virtual visits also available.)

Classen Family Medicine Locations: 7 AM-5PM Monday–Friday (Virtual visits (telehealth) can be arranged by request for established patients.)

Can I get my lab work, X-Rays or other tests done at your location?

Yes, we offer convenient, in-house digital X-Ray, EKG, rapid labs (strep, flu, COVID-19, urinalysis) and a lab for routine lab work so you leave with answers, not referrals. If additional labs are needed, we can send them out for rapid results.

Do you offer virtual visits (telehealth)?

Yes! We offer Telehealth Services across our locations with the following options:

  • For Family Medicine, telehealth is available to established patients only.
  • For Urgent Care, both new and established patients can use telemedicine services.

Does Classen offer school and sports physicals?

Yes, we offer both school and sports physicals at all of our locations!

Our Classen Medical locations provide sports physicals, school physicals, as well as physicals for camps and Boy Scouts / Girl Scouts.

Urgent care is always walk-in – no appointment needed. For family medicine, please schedule ahead.

Sports Physicals

Sports physicals help ensure an athlete is safe to play in their school sport or sports organization. Sports physicals are not always mandatory, but they help ensure your child is safe to participate and vaccines are up to date. It is also an opportunity for the medical provider to review their overall health.

School Physicals

Whether it’s time for back-to-school and your child is needing a new school physical, or you are needing a checkup, our qualified staff is able to assist you with everything you need. We can also administer vaccines and required immunizations.

What services are available at Classen Medical Complex?

Classen Medical Complex offers four primary medical services: Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine and Telehealth. Each clinic also offers on-site labs, digital X-ray and EKG.

Can I get routine vaccinations or wellness labs on site?

Absolutely – flu, Tdap, childhood immunizations and employer-required vaccines are stocked daily. Routine blood work can be completed in our in-house lab.

Urgent Care

Do you provide flu shots?

Yes, we provide flu shots and vaccines at all of our locations.

Do I need an appointment for urgent care, or can I just walk in?

No appointment is necessary. Both of our Classen Urgent Care clinics are open 365 days a year from 6 AM to 10 PM. We accept walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis.

How long is the wait time to see a provider at Classen Urgent Care?

Our patients typically wait 20 minutes or less to see a provider at our locations. We know your time is valuable, and our goal is to provide quality care as quickly and conveniently as possible. We have additional staff on hand to meet patient needs.

During flu season, wait times may be a bit longer as we treat more patients than normal. A new patient’s initial visit will be slightly longer in order to fill out the required new patient paperwork.

Start to finish, we strive to make your visit no longer than one hour.

What procedures can urgent care handle?

We can handle a wide variety of procedures and complaints, from stitches, and basic fracture care with splinting to IV fluids, abscess drainage, asthma treatments, sports physicals and more. list of conditions we treat in Norman or Moore.

Do you treat children?

Yes. Board-certified providers see patients starting at three months old for minor illnesses and injuries.

Is COVID-19 or flu testing available?

Rapid antigen and PCR tests are performed on-site with results in 15-30 minutes.

Do you accept SoonerCare (Medicaid) or Medicare?

Most SoonerCare plans are accepted; please bring your current member ID so we can verify coverage at check-in.

Can I visit Classen Urgent Care if I was in a car accident?

Yes! If you have been involved in a car accident and are needing medical attention, we can take care of you! We will bill your car insurance directly!

Can I be seen at Classen Urgent Care if I do not have insurance?

Yes! You can be seen at Classen Urgent Care if you don’t have insurance. If you are unable to use your insurance due to gaps in coverage, or have only Major Medical insurance, we have special discounted prices to help. What is occupational medicine and why does my company need it?

Occupational medicine keeps employees healthy and workplaces compliant with OSHA and DOT rules. Services include pre-hire exams, injury care, drug testing and surveillance programs. This helps reduce lost-time costs and record-keeping headaches for employers.

Does Classen offer DOT/CDL physicals?

Yes. FMCSA-certified examiners perform same-day DOT exams, vision/hearing checks and urinalysis, with digital MEC submission to employers the same day. Same-day, walk-in appointments are provided at Classen Medical Urgent Care Clinics from 6 AM to 8 PM (including drug screening) or 6 AM to 9 PM without drug screening. You can also schedule a time at our Family Medicine facilities.

What is the cost of a pre-employment physical in Norman or Moore?

Standard pre-placement exams start at $75. Add-ons like audiograms, respirator fit tests, spirometry, lift test and titers are itemized so you pay only for required services. Volume agreements receive bundled discounts.

Can Classen bill the employer directly?

Absolutely. Employer accounts include monthly invoicing, secure result delivery and customized panel pricing.

Do you handle work-related injuries?

Yes. We can handle on-site X-rays, splinting, wound care, laceration repair and more from 6 AM to 10PM daily. Workers’ compensation paperwork is initiated immediately.

What is a return-to-work evaluation and do you provide it?

Yes, we provide RTW evaluations. An RTW evaluation confirms an employee can safely resume duties post-injury. Providers review records, perform a focused exam and issue a fitness-for-duty letter matching the job description.

Can my staff be seen by your facilities?
