Physician (MD or DO)

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly. Focus on preventative medicine, routine check-ups, managing acute and chronic illnesses, and promoting overall wellness. Conduct physical exams, order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, and develop individualized treatment plans. Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, offering guidance and support for their health needs. Collaborate with specialists as necessary to ensure optimal patient care.

Physician Assistant

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly. Focus on preventative medicine, routine check-ups, managing acute and chronic illnesses, and promoting overall wellness. Conduct physical exams, order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, and develop individualized treatment plans. Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, offering guidance and support for their health needs. Collaborate with specialists as necessary to ensure optimal patient care.

Nurse Practitioner

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly. Focus on preventative medicine, routine check-ups, managing acute and chronic illnesses, and promoting overall wellness. Conduct physical exams, order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, and develop individualized treatment plans. Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, offering guidance and support for their health needs. Collaborate with specialists as necessary to ensure optimal patient care.

RN

Provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform treatments and procedures, and monitor patient conditions. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment. RNs may also supervise LPNs and other healthcare staff, and have a broader scope of practice including complex assessments and interventions. Must possess a valid nursing license.

LPN

Provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform treatments and procedures, and monitor patient conditions. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment. RNs may also supervise LPNs and other healthcare staff, and have a broader scope of practice including complex assessments and interventions. Must possess a valid nursing license.

MA

Provide clinical and administrative support to healthcare providers. Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and medical history documentation. Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, administer medications and injections as directed, and perform basic laboratory tests. Maintain examination rooms, manage supplies, schedule appointments, and handle patient communication. Ensure efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience.

Lab tech

Perform routine and complex laboratory tests on biological specimens (e.g., blood, urine, tissue) to aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of patient conditions. Analyze samples using established procedures and sophisticated equipment, ensuring accuracy and quality control. Record and report test results, maintain laboratory instruments, and adhere to safety protocols. Play a vital role in providing critical information for patient care.

X-Ray tech

Provide clinical and administrative support to healthcare providers. Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and medical history documentation. Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, administer medications and injections as directed, and perform basic laboratory tests. Perform X-rays on patients and adhere to appropriate safety and procedure guidelines. Maintain examination rooms, manage supplies, schedule appointments, and handle patient communication. Ensure efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience.

Receptionist

Family Care

Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for patients and families in a family practice setting. Greet patients, schedule and manage appointments, verify insurance information, and maintain accurate patient records. Answer phone calls, handle routine inquiries, and facilitate communication between patients and medical staff. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and supportive environment for long-term patient relationships. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.

Urgent Care

Provide efficient and welcoming service to patients seeking immediate medical care. Greet and register patients promptly, verify insurance, and manage the flow of patients in a fast-paced environment. Answer phone call, and handle patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism. Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth front office operation in a dynamic urgent care setting. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Billing specialist/Coder

Accurately translate medical procedures, diagnoses, and services into standardized codes (CPT, ICD-10) for billing purposes. Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies, follow up on unpaid claims, and resolve billing discrepancies. Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations, maximizing reimbursement while adhering to legal and ethical standards. Strong attention to detail, knowledge of medical terminology, and understanding of insurance processes are essential.

Medical Scribe

Accurately and efficiently document patient encounters in real-time under the direction of a healthcare provider. Record patient history, physical exam findings, diagnoses, treatment plans, and other relevant information into the electronic health record (EHR). Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical documentation, allowing the provider to focus on patient care. Must have strong attention to detail, excellent listening and typing skills, and a basic understanding of medical terminology.
