Our Classen Medical locations provide sports physicals, school physicals, as well as physicals for camps and Boy Scouts / Girl Scouts.

Sports Physicals
Sports physicals help ensure an athlete is safe to play in their school sport or sports organization. Sports physicals are not always mandatory, but the sports physical exams help ensure that the person is in not only a good condition, but vaccines are up to date, as well as an opportunity for the physician to review the overall health of the patient.
A sports physical can provide eligibility requirements, as well as evaluate overall health conditions, to ensure the person is safe to play the sport.
School Physicals
Our medical providers not only provide sports physicals, but we also provide school physicals. Whether its time for back-to-school and your child is needing a new school physical, or you are needing a checkup, our qualified staff is able to assist you with everything you need.

Yes, all of our Medical Providers are certified by the Department of Transportation for DOT physicals.
Yes. At Classen Family Medicine we see all the family members from birth and up.
Classen Family Medicine is a clinic that takes care of all types of patients and illnesses. At any one time we can all suffer from the above-mentioned conditions. We are a clinic that can handle any medical condition. If after careful examination, additional medical consultation with an expert in the field, supportive labs/tests, and/or a more thorough review of your medical history, are deemed to be warranted we have the capability to provide for this and much more.

In addition to the usual phone calls, we can communicate to you via text, “Your Patient Portal”, emails, and any other ways you will allow us to communicate with you.
Yes, we do multiple routine labs here at our office by trained personnel. If additional labs are needed, we can send them to where they need to go for rapid results.
Yes! All X-rays are done on state-of-the-art equipment by well-trained staff. All X-rays are read on-site by your medical provider and then are verified by a radiologist if further evaluation is warranted.
Yes, although at this time we do not offer OB care, we can care for all of your other medical needs.
Yes, we have multiple contracts with multiple local companies.
Yes, at Classen Family Medicine in Moore, we see all the family members from birth and up.
Yes, we offer most immunizations including childhood vaccinations and seasonal vaccinations, such as Flu Vaccine. We currently are not offering any type of COVID vaccinations.
Classen Family Medicine in Moore is located just west of I-35 on 4th Street in Moore, Oklahoma. Located on the North side of the street, right next to the Yellow Rose Dinner Theater.

Yes! You can be seen at the Moore Family Medicine location if you don’t have insurance.
