Classen Urgent Care in Moore provides care for all ages, ranging from infants to seniors. No appointment is necessary at our Moore Urgent Care Clinic, ensuring that medical visits are convenient with your schedule.

Our local Urgent Care Clinic in Moore, Oklahoma is Classen Urgent Care Moore. We are conveniently located west of I-35 just minutes from South Oklahoma City, and less than 20 minutes from Norman. With over 9,600 square feet, our new urgent care clinic is centrally located to residents in not only Moore, but also South Oklahoma City, Norman, Newcastle and Mustang.
Whether you are part of our wonderful community or just visiting the area, we are honored to serve you as a cost-effective alternative to the ER.
Hours of operation at all clinic locations allow in-person and telemedicine care 16 hours per day, 365 days per year! This allows you to avoid the high costs of emergency room visits, when appropriate.

Sports Physicals
Sports physicals help ensure an athlete is safe to play in their school sport or sports organization. Sports physicals are not always mandatory, but the sports physical exams help ensure that the person is in not only a good condition, but vaccines are up to date, as well as an opportunity for the physician to review the overall health of the patient.
A sports physical can provide eligibility requirements, as well as evaluate overall health conditions, to ensure the person is safe to play the sport.
School Physicals
Our medical providers not only provide sports physicals, but we also provide school physicals. Whether its time for back-to-school and your child is needing a new school physical, or you are needing a checkup, our qualified staff is able to assist you with everything you need.

If you have been involved in a car accident, you will be taken care of at Classen Urgent Care Clinic. We will bill your car insurance directly!
Classen Medical at both locations in Norman and Moore have Nationally registered DOT examiners available on almost every shift, 7 days per week. No appointment needed!
We provide cost-effective DOT/DMV physicals to smooth your path to certification and get you on the road without delay.

Department of Transportation Physicals
A Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination must be conducted by a licensed “medical examiner” listed on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) National Registry.
A DOT physical helps determine if a driver is physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle.
A DOT physical exam is valid for up to 24 months. The medical examiner may also issue a medical examiner’s certificate for less than 24 months when it is desirable to monitor a condition, such as high blood pressure.
In addition to the above we can also do your Physicals needed for Immigration or Travel. Also, if you have a unique situation, just text us with your question.

Yes! We need the Authorization to Treat a Minor form signed by the child’s guardian in order to see and treat him/her.
No. We strive to keep your wait time as short as possible by providing more qualified staff to render your care. We will see all patients in the order of their arrival and severity of their medical condition.
Usually 20 minutes or less to wait for a provider at our Moore urgent care location! We know your time is valuable. Our goal is to provide quality care as quickly and conveniently as possible. To do this, we have more staff on hand to meet patient needs.
During flu season, wait times may be a bit longer as we treat more patients than normal.
New patients’ initial visit will be slightly longer in order to fill out the required new patient paperwork.
Start to finish, we strive to make your visit no longer than one hour.
